Who We Are

For over twenty years, Bledsoe Construction has provided contract labor for Commercial, Industrial and Residential applications. Unlike clerical temporary agencies, our staff is composed of experienced project managers, foremen, construction supervisors, carpenters and laborers. Preliminary interviews assure that we match the right workers to your job. Project supervisors oversee each job to ensure job performance. On-the-job devices, such as pagers, radios and cell phones provide ongoing communication.

What We Do

We approach temporary labor service with a philosophy that providing training and guidance will result in a higher quality work force. All personnel go through an initial screening process, an explanation of what is expected, and receive on-going evaluations. Good evaluations are rewarded with commensurate wages and benefits. This has resulted in very low turnover at Bledsoe.
